Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Triagr is operated by [Your Full Name], a registered physiotherapist based in Melbourne, Australia (ABN: [Your ABN if you have one]). This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What information we collect

Two types — session data and usage data.

Session data (collected during triage):

  • Your answers to triage questions
  • Your approximate location (suburb and postcode) — only if you grant permission
  • The body region you selected
  • The outcome you received

We do NOT collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Any identifying personal information

Usage data (collected automatically):

  • Anonymous analytics data — which pages were visited, how long sessions lasted
  • Browser type and device type
  • Approximate geographic region

How we use your information

  • To generate your triage recommendation
  • To show you relevant physiotherapy clinics near your location
  • To improve the accuracy and usefulness of the triage tool
  • To measure platform usage and understand which body regions are most commonly triaged

What we share

Lead data with registered clinics:

When you tap through to a registered clinic from the directory, we record that interaction and share the following with that clinic: the body region you triaged and the date and time of the interaction. We do not share your name, contact details, or your specific triage answers with any clinic.

Analytics providers:

We use anonymous analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. No personally identifying information is shared with analytics providers.

We do NOT sell your data to any third party.

Data storage

Your triage session data is stored on secure servers. Data is stored in accordance with industry security and privacy standards. Session data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act

You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
