Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Triagr

For patients

Is Triagr free to use?+

Yes — completely free. No account required, no subscription, no hidden costs. Triagr is free for patients.

Is this a diagnosis?+

No. Triagr provides general health information to help you decide where to seek care — it is not a clinical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified health professional for personal medical advice.

Can I trust the recommendations?+

Triagr was built by a registered Australian physiotherapist using clinically-designed triage logic. The recommendations reflect real clinical decision-making — but they are general guidance only, not a substitute for professional assessment.

What happens to my answers?+

Your answers are used only to generate your recommendation. We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information during the triage. Your answers are not stored or shared.

What if I'm not sure which body region to select?+

Select the area closest to where you feel the pain most. Each card has a brief description of typical symptoms to help you choose. If you have pain on both sides, complete the triage for the more painful side first.

What if my symptoms change after I complete the triage?+

If your symptoms worsen or change significantly, complete the triage again — you may get a different recommendation. If you develop any emergency symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or loss of bladder or bowel control, call 000 immediately.

Does Triagr cover children?+

Triagr was designed primarily for adults. Some modules have specific guidance for younger patients — particularly for traumatic injuries — but if you are triaging symptoms for a child under 12, always err on the side of caution and consult a GP or ED if in doubt.

Can I use Triagr outside Australia?+

Triagr was designed for the Australian healthcare system. The recommendations — ED, GP, physiotherapist — reflect Australian healthcare pathways. It may not be appropriate for use in other countries.

For clinics

How does the lead pricing work?+

You pay $20 for every patient lead we send you. A lead is recorded when a patient taps 'Book online' or 'Call clinic' on your listing in the directory. You are billed at the end of each month via the card you provided on registration. No lead, no charge.

Is there a monthly fee?+

No monthly fee to start. You only pay when we send you a lead.

How do I know the leads are genuine?+

Every lead comes from a patient who has completed a clinical triage and been recommended a physiotherapist. We use IP and session deduplication to prevent duplicate charges — the same patient cannot generate multiple leads for your clinic in a single session. Your dashboard shows every lead with a timestamp and body region so you can see the natural pattern of real patient traffic.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes — you can cancel your listing at any time from your clinic dashboard with no penalty. Any leads recorded in the current month will appear on your final invoice.

How do I update my clinic details?+

Log into your dashboard at triagr.com.au/clinic-dashboard and go to the Clinic profile section. You can update your services, phone number, booking link, opening hours, and upload your logo and photos.

What areas does Triagr cover?+

Triagr is currently building its clinic network across Australia. The patient directory is strongest in Melbourne — we are expanding to other cities as more clinics register.

How do I register my clinic?+

Go to triagr.com.au/register-clinic and complete the registration form. We review all registrations and activate approved listings within 24 hours.
